I enlarge my students to justify their claim and do not allow them to readily abandon their thoughts. Further in order to meet their needs and improve the care of those whom they serve. I make myself an accruable role model for my students. I share my number to my students to introduction with me. Allow my students to choose the way I can help them in learning . These opportunities create a mutual respect and trust relationships which spread by words of mouth a cross the student community . I am able to guide them in ethics l life practices. During COVID time we used to take online class. Most of them not attending the class in other subjects. But I made them an attractive classes. So they never skip my class. Even in online class my students find me more motivating and evident by frequent mutual communications My teachings my innovation. use of social media in a flipped class rooms . My own performance evident by my high student rating,
Some of my achievements are 100℅ attendance . Without single CL leave taken for 2 yrs so I got cash award (2007 – 08 ) twice. Apart from that Love for me in the heart of my students.
