Refund & Cancellation Policy

Oasis World Records will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 7-8 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all tags still attached and proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your financial issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to get refund?

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. How can I track my order? Whenever an order you placed through Oasis World Records ships, you can expedited a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your oasisworldrecords.com Account, or used during the checkout process. What shipping speeds are offered?

Oasis World Records may have up to 5 shipping speeds.

The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.
Standard – Should arrive 3 to 10 business days after shipment
Expedited – Should arrive 3 to 6 business days after shipment
Second Day – Should arrive 2 business days after shipment
Next Day – Should arrive by the end of business the day after shipment
Pick up – Pick up at our office Warehouse facility.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
You could easily see an estimate of how much your shipping charges would be by adding an item to the shopping cart.
My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact the shipper to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. Oasis World Records would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the shipper, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 3 days to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and then if they are refuse the package claiming the damage. Obtain a control number from the shipper and contact us at Oasis World Records. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, immediately contact us. Always make sure to get the shipper’s damage package control number for your claim

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Just place all items in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and you will be given shipping options. You will see the reduction if it applies. On certain items, due to significant shipping discounts offered by oasisworldrecords.com on the item, the shipping will add cumulatively, unless multiple items are purchased. Shipping charge is always as per the website.
