Vivekananda Institute of Values Empowers Primary School Teachers in Unique Value Education Program

Vivekananda Institute of Values (VIVA), under the aegis of Ramakrishna Mission Gurugram, conducted a dynamic one-day teachers’ training workshop for the Awakening program, a value education tailored for primary school children. The workshop took place at the esteemed Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Auditorium within Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Delhi Cantt.

The workshop drew the participation of 250 educators hailing from 30 Kendriya Vidyalayas across the Delhi region. Inaugurated by the esteemed Deputy Commissioner of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Delhi region, Shri S S Chauhan, the event marked a significant stride towards nurturing the holistic development of young learners.

During the interactive sessions, educators expressed their delight in the well-structured curriculum of the Awakening program, acknowledging its potential to lay a strong basis for students’ comprehensive growth right from the foundational and preparatory stage. They actively engaged in understanding their roles as facilitators, so as to create a nurturing environment within their classrooms.

The program underscores Vivekananda Institute of Values’ steadfast dedication to promotingvalues-based education and empowering the society to fulfil the vision of a nation full of awakened citizens.

विवेकानन्द इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वैल्यूज विशिष्ट मूल्य शिक्षा कार्यक्रम में प्राथमिक विद्यालय के शिक्षकों को सशक्त बनाता है

रामकृष्ण मिशन गुरुग्राम के तत्वावधान में, विवेकानन्द इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वैल्यूज़ (VIVA) ने प्राथमिक विद्यालय के बच्चों के लिए मूल्य शिक्षा, जागृति कार्यक्रम के लिए एक दिवसीय शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया।कार्यशाला केंद्रीय विद्यालय नंबर 2, दिल्ली कैंट के प्रतिष्ठित डॉ. सर्वपल्ली राधाकृष्णन सभागार में हुई।

कार्यशाला में दिल्ली क्षेत्र के 30 केंद्रीय विद्यालयों से 250 शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया।केन्द्रीय विद्यालय संगठन दिल्ली क्षेत्र के सम्मानित उपायुक्त श्री एस एस चौहान द्वारा उद्घाटन किया गया, इस कार्यक्रम ने युवा शिक्षार्थियों के समग्र विकास को बढ़ावा देने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रगति को चिह्नित किया।

यह कार्यक्रम मूल्यों पर आधारित शिक्षा को विस्तारित करने और जागरूक नागरिकों से भरे राष्ट्र के दृष्टिकोण को पूरा करने के साथ साथ समाज को सशक्त बनाने के लिए विवेकानन्द इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ वैल्यूज़ के दृढ़ समर्पण को रेखांकित करता है।

प्रशिक्षण में परस्पर संवाद द्वारा, शिक्षकों ने जागृति कार्यक्रम के संरचित पाठ्यक्रम पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की और मूलभूत एवं प्रारंभिक चरण से ही छात्रों के व्यापक विकास के लिए एक मजबूत नींव रखने की इसकी क्षमता को स्वीकार किया।प्रशिक्षण के अंत तक सभी शिक्षक सक्रिय रूप से कार्यक्रम के भीतर सुविधा प्रदाता (फैसिलिटेटर्स) के रूप में अपनी मुख्य भूमिका को समझने में सफल हुए, जिससे वह कक्षाओं के भीतर छात्रों को एक अनुकूल वातावरण प्रदान कर सकें।
