Accomplishments & Achievements while in Govt. of Maharashtra Service
• Set up (100) new hostels for the Backward Class Boys and Girls in Maharashtra State while working as Commissioner for Social Welfare, Maharashtra State from June, 2011 to September, 2011
, • Started 64 Residential Schools for students in Maharashtra from June 2011 to October, 2011 through Social Justice & Special Assistance Department of Maharashtra State.
• Recruited (1800) Teachers, Superintendents and other non-teaching staff for Semi English Residential Schools through competitive examination.
• Initiated the plan of training every year at least 25,000 educated unemployed Scheduled Caste students for various competitive examinations for recruitment in Government and Private Sector. To implement this Plan, established 28 Training Institutions in 27 Districts of Maharashtra State while holding charge of BARTI Pune.
• Constructed (110) Industrial Cooperative Units of Scheduled Caste people under Scheduled Caste Component Plan in the year 2012-13. These units are aimed to promote entrepreneurship among Scheduled Castes people and also generate sustainable local level employment.
• Initiated 20 Innovative Developmental Schemes in different sectors targeted at people from various educational backgrounds and financial backgrounds among downtrodden communities for their overall development.
• Established Competitive Examination Centre at Nanded district of Maharashtra State for 100 Boys and 100 Girls from Rural area with the help of Public funds and public cooperation. From this Centre, more than 60 Class-I and Class-II officers were selected by Maharashtra Public Service Commission and other examinations.
• In the year 2008 to 2010, given Quasi Judicial judgements on (2200) Appeals of Land Revenue while working as Additional Collector at Pune
. • Initiated a Special campaign to fill up the posts reserved for Persons with Disabilities, while working as Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Maharashtra State in the period of 2004-2007. The note of this achievement had been taken by the Government of India.
• Initiated training for Poly House, Green House Technology of Indian Post-Harvest Institute (Horticulture Training Centre), (Talegaon Dabhade) Pune – Maharashtra for 3500 Marginal farmers, Backward Class farmers through Social Justice & Special Assistance Department of Maharashtra State. With the help of this training, the educated unemployed persons, having 10 to 12 R land, got the means of employment.
• Planned and initiated efforts to establish Social and Regional Research Training Centre under the control of BARTI, Pune. To set up such centres, purchased land for BARTI admeasuring to (10) Acres at Aurangabad, (10) Acres at Amravati through social Justice and Special Assistance Department of Maharashtra State.
Social Work in Personal Capacity for my community.
• Conceived, initiated and completed the idea of purchasing of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s London house and setting up the international memorial and centre there. I Conceived the idea of purchasing this house after visiting London ,thereafter I initiated the proposal to Govt. of Maharashtra and executed start to end administrative procedure.
• Coordination for bringing in the SCP/TSP Act on the lines of Karnataka and Telangana. Organized 8 meeting of MLAs of SC & ST community at Mumbai & Nagpur and sensitized them on the subject. I lead the representation to the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra on the subject . The team comprised of intellectuals and 40 MLAs from SC & ST Community
. • Started Vipassana Meditation Batches in Vipassana Centre at Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh for Buddhist Monks from all over the country.
• Organised the First Literary Conference on De Addiction Literature in the Country in October, 2012 at Pune in the presence of Hon. Excellency Governor of Maharashtra and started the campaign for De-Addiction in Maharashtra State.
• Guided the International Conference organised by Trailokya Bouddha Mahasangha, England as Chief Speaker at Nagpur on the subject “To create peace in International sector” in the year 2011.
• Guided the International Conference organised by United Nations Conference, Thailand at Bangkok as Chairperson.
• Guided at the International Conference at Vigyan Bhawan , New Delhi in 2018 in the capacity of chairman on possible solution to educational apartheid of backward classes.
• Travel all over Maharashtra and address various gatherings, especially of youth to sensitize them about social work and guide them on their career.
• Hand holding more than 10000 youth each year through competitive examination centres.
• Set up a Japanese Language training centres across Maharashtra to help the youth to participate upcoming opportunities in Japan.
• Coordinating the “ Buddha’s Light International Association “ work in Maharashtra and help young people to explore educational , business and employment opportunities in Taiwan, Korea and other such nations.
• Chief Coordinator for efforts to set up Pali & Buddhist University at Ajintha Aurangabad in collaboration with top universities and other organizations from Japan & Korea.
• Organize Dhamma Conference every year at Aurangabad which see an average gathering of 20000 + people. Guide at many Dhamma Conferences all across the state and country which include gatherings of lakhs of people.
