Dr Prithvi Amonkar is a known public figure in his state of Goa. Apart from being a well known physician, he has made a mark for him in giving effective and economical treatment for kidney stones. He gained publicity and became a celebrity figure when he delivered non stop clinical service during Covid pandaemic, at a time when doctors refused to get exposed to patients.
He is a avid trekker and started trekking for the Goa government, Tourism department and organised trekking for almost 3 years. His company Wildtrek Adventures is 22 years old n conducts fun trips, nature trips till date.
He is also a talented painter and does workshop and paintings related to the local CHITARI art theme. He has been featured a number of times on print media for the same.
He is the owner of two cafes YNOT and MINAKI both serving the people with tasty and economical food.
He is a health conscious person and keeps himself fit by marathon, swimming and cycling and grows his own vegetables in his vegetable patch. An animal lover he has many pets with whom he feels distressed
