Amit Deokule is an Internationally reckoned Executive Leadership and life balance /Master spirit Life coach, an educator, a thorough poet, writer/researcher, composer and singer having a very passionate approach towards life. He struggled a lot to find his own passion & diversified from Finance to Coaching stream almost after 15 years of span although his benevolent approach to help visually, physically challenged people and even people suffering from autism, cerebral palsy has always been intact. He has composed many Marathi, English songs penned by him; has worked on Devi Stotra and Shiva Stotra and such spiritual content along with his own penned spiritual songs, too which is a value addition.
He got nominated for Padmashree in 2022 who could establish and take his poetic literature to the International community even after completing masters in commerce & having Marathi as his native language! He has been bestowed with many awards so far for his exemplary leadership in education/coaching (has been able to reach 10000 students from rural areas) and music stream where Bharatratna Lata Didi’s blessings adds to his life journey remarkably. He became the member of<br>World Parliament, USA and IHRC, Czech Republic and most importantly got nominated for Nobel peace prize in 2022. His profile has been sent to Moon & Mars mission of NASA and even his profile photo got uploaded on NASA’s JET Propulskin lab photo. At the outset, while getting doctorate from one of the foreign universities & having his own registered postage stamp; he is willing to serve the humanity with his skills more than anything else because ultimately he has always believed in harmonious way of living depicting peace!
He had only two challenges in life at different point of time- 1. He is from a middle class family where generally earning has a priority but one point where he decided not to opt for CA stream after post graduation and decided to continue with doing job where his passion to pursue music will get importance. He went against his parents’ will but tried to persuade them the severity of the same. His struggle did not end up there since he had some strong instinct to get into something related to life skills/leadership/life philosophy along with his music where another struggling point came 2. He was doing well in finance and getting good opportunities to go abroad but after becoming a life coach he was actually on the edge since it was the most tricky decision of his life to resign from the job and getting into life coaching as a freelance activity. But he took that decision and surprisingly started his activity with social organisations to coach students with disabilities. Nobody would have sustained like this where when one is earning well and now want to take an insurmountable risk of going against the flow in career by tolerating the set back of monetary downfall for some time. His parents looked at his passion and supported him which is the biggest ever achievement and their blessings which is getting proved now when he has been bagging up rewards at this juncture. He says that sincerity, loyalty , dedication, passion with consistency always give you greater results in life.
